Sport Natural Muscle Balm

(5 customer reviews)

Do not let those tight achy muscles get in the way of your top performance!

This sports Balm can be used for the elite athlete or the person that just has sore achy muscles. Soon after massaging the balm into the tissues you can feel the tightness releasing. Apply light pressure at first and as the muscle starts releasing increase the pressure. The surrounding muscles associate with the tight muscles can also be massaged.

This Natural Sports Muscle Balm is created by infusing Arnica, Willow Bark and Solomon’s Seal into almond and apricot oil. A proprietary mix of essential oils are combined with this herbal mixture to create a powerful sports balm. The balm has a pleasant, light mint aroma and contains no artificial ingredients. It is the product of many years of research, resulting in a truly beneficial and positive experience.

In my practice, I massage the sports balm on to tight muscles, this may be someone’s tight quads, hamstrings or lower back. I work the balm slowly into the tissues allowing the product to penetrate through the fascial layers, relaxing the muscles.

This stuff is great! Diane (the best masseuse in the business) gave me a sample at the Cape Cod YMCA the other day. My chronically tight hamstring had been given me problems. A few applications of Herbs Oils and You Sports Balm massaged into my hamstring have made a significance difference in loosening up this long term problem. Give it a try, you’ll love the effects and the fragrance!

Dianne’s muscle balm is nothing short of amazing. Being a triathlete who is constantly training Dianne’s muscle balm has helped with my recovery. Between Dianne’s massages and her muscle balm I have been able to recover quickly and helped me get to the start line of ironman many times. I also use the muscle balm on my 11 yr old when her muscles are sore from her swimming.

This balm is fantastic! Diane taught me how to use it to massage my tight calf muscles which has relieved my chronic foot pain. Even the fragrance is wonderfully calming! I highly recommend it- thank you Dianne.

A super-powerful healing balm! While walking in the woods today I had a nagging knot in my left gastroc. My walk turned into a limp and it was about to turn into unforgiving cramping pain. So I returned home and massaged Dianne’s Natural Sports Balm into the gastroc and surrounding tissue and the release and relief was almost immediate! Grateful.

After having spent a few weeks using Diane’s balm, I have to say, I honestly believe it is effective at enhancing the healing process. I’ll also say, it just feels really good to rub into the muscles. I’ve been using it after more challenging run workouts, and as mentioned, it seems to be a great addition to my arsenal of tools to enhance recovery. I’m going to keep it in my recovery “toolbox” moving forward and am really thankful I have it to use when needed. Thanks, Dianne!
