This class will focus on the psoas muscle, it is such an interesting and unique muscle. When it is tight the muscle can pull on our lower back and put our pelvis into an anterior position causing lower back and hip pain. In the class we will explore this muscle, and learn how to massage, stretch and strengthen it. This muscle needs to be long and strong for optimal performance!!
