This product is a combination of Arnica infused in alcohol, witch hazel, apricot oil, and essential oils, resulting in a very powerful herbal liniment. Arnica Montana, more common name is mountain daisy, or leopard’s bane. It is a beautiful brilliant yellow tall plant which is in the same family as the sunflower. The herbs used in all of the products are of the highest quality.

In my practice, I use it on clients recovering from minor injuries; sprained ankles, wrist, elbows, muscle strains, black and blues, and have had very good results, speeding up the recovery process.

Directions: Shake and spray this liniment on the injured area, then follow up with a light massage, letting it absorb into the tissues, repeat 3 to 4 times a day, for 3 days after an injury.  If it is an old injury massage it in the tissues for 4 days. Do not use on open areas.

For External use only. Avoid contact to eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. May irritate some skin types. Do not use on open areas. Keep out of the reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under doctor’s care consult your physician.
