Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body. Magnesium is essential for normal functioning of cells, nerves, bones and muscles. Many people have trouble absorbing it orally as it passes through the GI tract. Studies have shown that applying Magnesium topically can be effective in raising the blood Mg levels. Pure Essential Oil Lavender has been added to the magnesium. The lavender is a wonderful antimicrobial and also helps to relax the body.
During a massage, I often spray Lavender Magnesium Oil on the tight muscles to help release them. I often use this product and then follow up massaging with the Natural Sports Balm. It can be used alone or in combination with the balm.

Shake well, apply 5 to 10 sprays daily directly to the tight muscles; legs, arms, back. Or feet. After spraying, rub it directly onto the skin, let it absorb for 30 min., and then rinse. The first few times you may feel some tingling; dilute the product with more water if this continues.

My husband had a huge knot in his hamstrings it was the size of my fist he was in a lot of pain.
